The Woodlands Township Board of Directors


The Woodlands Township is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors. Directors are elected by the community at large to serve two-year staggered terms. The Board of Directors serves as the legislative body, sets policy and approves the budget. All seven Directors serve on a volunteer basis. Per the Township’s enabling legislation, a Director is not entitled to compensation for service on the Board.

As of November 30, 2016, The Woodlands Township Board of Directors are: 

Position 1 - Gordy Bunch, Chairman
Position 2 - Brian Boniface
Position 3 - John Anthony Brown
Position 4 - Bruce Rieser
Position 5 - John McMullan, Vice Chairman 
Position 6 - Ann Snyder, Treasurer
Position 7 - Laura Fillault, Secretary

The Woodlands Township honors retiring directors, welcomes newly elected

The Woodlands Township Board of Directors held a reception just prior to the regular board meeting Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at The Woodlands Township.
