The Woodlands Township offers Christmas tree disposal for residents

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (December 11, 2018) – The Woodlands Township will provide free Christmas tree disposal this year for residents. Donated trees will be ground into chips to refurbish the forest floor at The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park.

Natural trees can be dropped off at The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, 6464 Creekside Forest Drive, between December 26, 2018, and January 7, 2019. Please deposit trees in the Christmas Tree Corral in the parking lot at any time of day.

Trees must be completely clean before drop-off. Please remove any tinsel, ornaments or any other material or decorations that could litter the forest. Flocked (white) natural trees and artificial trees cannot be accepted.
