THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (February 27, 2019) – Volunteers are needed to fill vacant positions on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committees (RDRC) for the villages of Grogan’s Mill, Indian Springs WCA (East of Falconwing Drive), College Park and Sterling Ridge. Volunteers must own property and reside in their respective village in order to serve on the committee.
For property owners in Grogan’s Mill who are able to meet on the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m., one volunteer is needed. For property owners in Indian Springs (WCA) who are able to meet on the second Thursday of each month at 5 p.m., four volunteers are needed. For College Park property owners who are able to meet on the first Thursday of each month at 5 p.m., two volunteers are needed. For Sterling Ridge property owners who are able to meet on the first Thursday of each month at 3:30 p.m., three volunteers are needed.
Applicants may call or stop by The Woodlands Township to obtain an application. Applications are also available online at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/covenants. Completed applications must be delivered in person to The Woodlands Township Town Hall at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard by Thursday, March 7, 2019, at 5 p.m.
The Residential Design Review Committees are the architectural control groups within the community. Committee members serve in a volunteer capacity and represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process that protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands. Each village committee meets once a month to review property owners’ applications for modifications or improvements to their properties.
