Application Process

1. Please select an application from the list at the bottom of this page. Follow the How to Apply for an Improvement to Your Residential Property instructions. Complete the form and submit it by email, in person or through U.S. mail along with the appropriate paperwork to:

2. If your project requires code inspection, please submit the compliance deposit with your applications. Refer to the compliance deposit schedule for the amount or contact staff. You may pay in person or by sending though the mail.  Please submit your compliance deposits (check or money order only) and Compliance Deposit Form by mail to:

3. If your property is in the Cantwell Forest, Avalon Oaks or Dulcimer Woods Neighborhoods of Grogan’s Forest (otherwise described as Sections 5, 6 & 7 of Grogan’s Forest College Park) you may need to apply through the City of Shenandoah.
