The Woodlands Township Board of Directors

Members


The Woodlands Township is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors. Directors are elected by the community at large to serve two-year staggered terms. The Board of Directors serves as the legislative body, sets policy and approves the budget. All seven Directors are elected by residents of The Woodlands and serve on a volunteer basis. Per the Township’s enabling legislation, a Director is not entitled to compensation for service on the Board.
