Responsibilities
Department responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of current property ownership, tenant information and general property data for over 36,000 properties within the Township’s boundaries
- Maintenance of real estate documents contained in the property and land use database as they pertain to essential operations of the Covenant Administration, Parks and Recreation, Neighborhood Services and Environmental Services departments
- Maintenance of all easement rights and documents for park and pathway assets
- Perform document review and analysis of recorded real estate documents and maps
- Continue to be a GIS system partner and real estate data query resource
- Central records, archive and off-site storage
