Traffic Impact

Please use this information on how to best navigate the the Village of Creekside Park on race day, and how to enjoy the race.

Road Closures:  


    • Creekside Forest Drive from the Roundabout to Great Heron Drive – Closed from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Creekside Forest Drive from Great Heron to Lake Paloma Trail – Closed from 2 to 7 p.m.

Avoid Delays, Use Alernate Routes

Important Information and Reminders: 
    • Harris County Constables will be responsible for closing and re-opening streets. They will do so in a manner ensuring runner and spectator safety.
    • There will be constables present at the road closures. Please follow their instructions when approaching the streets on the course.
    • Constables will attempt to allow cars needing to get through, in particular from Aventura Place, if and when there is a safe opportunity.
    • Please allow extra time if you have somewhere to be on Race Day. Utilize Creekside Green if traveling within the Village of Creekside Park.
