Wild Dining: Foraging the Forest with Mark 'Merriwether' Vorderbruggen, author and expert in wild edibles.
Explore wild dining with a lifelong forager and author of Idiot's Guide: Foraging. The leaves, fruits, flowers and roots of woodland plants offer a gourmet and nutritional experience waiting to be discovered. Mr. Vorderbruggen will share tips to identify, cultivate, harvest and prepare the riches of nature's food pantry.
