THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (June 9, 2015) – The Woodlands Township now has 133 parks and five spraygrounds. Village Green, the latest addition to the park system, is now open in Creekside Park Village Center. Located at 26400 Kuykendahl Road, The Woodlands, 77389, the new park is .407 of an acre and features a sprayground, an all-weather turf field and shade structures with tables and chairs. Tucked in the middle of the new shopping center, shoppers and park visitors alike will appreciate the convenient water fountain and bike rack.
The new sprayground is a public facility and open to all from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., March 1 until October 31, 2015. It is subject to maintenance schedules and occasional shutdowns.
