THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (July 27, 2015) – Filing has begun for three (3) at-large positions on The Woodlands Township Board of Directors in the November 2015 election. The positions are designated as 5, 6 and 7.

Candidates may file an application to appear on the ballot for one of the designated positions on regular business days between July 25, 2015, and the close of business at 5 p.m. on August 24, 2015. The deadline for filing a declaration of a write-in candidacy is also 5 p.m. on August 24, 2015.

An election information packet is available to those who wish to file for one of the designated positions at The Woodlands Township, located at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, The Woodlands, Texas 77381, or the filing packet can downloaded from www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov. Filings are accepted on regular business days during the Township’s office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
