THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (November 12, 2015) – The Woodlands Township Board of Directors was unable to hold their regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting Thursday, November 12, 2015, at 9 a.m. due to lack of a quorum. A quorum requires at least four of the seven Directors be present in order to conduct business; therefore, no action could be taken.
