THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (February 26, 2016) – The Woodlands Township’s 2016 Spring Concert-in-the-Park Series is family-friendly and begins on March 6, 2016, at Northshore Park, 2505 Lake Woodlands Drive, 77381, on Sunday evenings from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Admission is free. Blankets, lawn chairs, pets and coolers are permitted.
A wide variety of musical acts are included in the lineup:
- March 6 – Good Time Muffin (90s rock/alternative)
- March 13 – Maydwell (Jazz)
- March 20 – London Lawhon (Pop Rock)
- April 3 – Rock-A-Fellas (Classic Rock)
- April 10 – Bobby D. Sawyer Band (Country)
- April 17 – Subdivided (Rush Tribute)
Featured events are included during the following concert dates:
- March 13 – Spring Break Spectacular is a kick start to spring break with Sunday fun on a giant slide offered.
- March 20 – Easter EGGstravaganza offers the opportunity to take pictures with the Easter Bunny and enjoy Easter crafts activities.
- April 10 – Fifth Annual Sand Castle Building Contest offers sand for building. Contestants should bring shovels.
