THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (June 21, 2016) – The Woodlands Township, with support from The Woodlands® Development Company, will kick off the summer with the live music series Rock the Row, presented by Strike. Rock the Row takes place Thursdays, beginning July 7 through August 25, 2016, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Restaurant Row on the scenic waterfront of Lake Woodlands at Hughes Landing. The entertainment lineup is as follows.

The Rock the Row concert series was recently the recipient of the Texas Recreation and Park Society’s 2016 East Region Lone Star Programming Award. This award recognizes an innovative first time recreation program, which demonstrates success based on goals, objectives, creativity and community participation.
Produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department and sponsored by The Woodlands® Development Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation®, this event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs. Select restaurants located on Restaurant Row will be holding happy hour and dining specials during the concert. Coolers and picnic baskets are permitted.
