THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (July 29, 2016) – A volunteer is needed to fill a vacant position on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committee (RDRC) for the village of Indian Springs. The volunteer candidate must own property in the village of Indian Springs (TWA – west of Falconwing) in order to serve on the committee.
Resident property owners who are able to meet on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. may call or stop by The Woodlands Township to obtain an application. Applications are also available online by visiting www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov, clicking on Government, then Boards and Committees, then Residential Design Review Committees, then Volunteer Applications.
Completed applications must be delivered in person to The Woodlands Township Town Hall at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard by August 19, 2016, at 5 p.m.
The Residential Design Review Committees are the architectural control groups within the community. Committee members serve in a volunteer capacity and represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process that protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands. Each village committee meets once a month to review property owners’ applications for modifications or improvements to their properties.
