THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (August 19, 2016) – Labor Day Weekend in The Woodlands, produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department, features two evenings of live music, children’s activities, strolling entertainers, fireworks and more.
Township residents are encouraged to relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor from Saturday, September 3, to Sunday, September 4, 2016, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Waterway Square, located at 31 Waterway Square Place, The Woodlands, 77380.
The free, two-day festival features live music by Klockwork (Motown/Jazz) and The Spicolis (80’s Variety). Live music performances are scheduled to run from approximately 6 to 8:55 p.m. A dazzling fireworks display is scheduled each evening following the concert, weather permitting.
Labor Day Weekend in The Woodlands provides an exciting night out for all ages. In addition to great live music and fireworks, activities include face painting, balloon art and a kids’ zone with crafts.
