THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (September 7, 2016) – The Woodlands Township is seeking public input for its Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan. The plan proposes improvements to off-road and on-road facilities such as pathways, trails, bike lanes, shared lanes, multi-use pathways and other facilities to safely connect neighborhoods and destinations and encourage walking and bicycle travel. The Woodlands Township has contracted with engineering firm Jones and Carter for completion of the plan.
An online version of the plan can be found at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/ped-bike-plan, and hard copies are available for review at the local libraries and in the lobby of The Woodlands Township’s main office at 2801 Technology Forest Blvd., 77381.

Individuals, as well as associations and organizations are encouraged to provide feedback. This will ensure that a comprehensive and thorough assessment of project recommendations is provided to the consultant team for review.
