THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (September 15, 2016) – Register now for the annual Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas race, set for October 8, 2016, at Market Street – The Woodlands. The certified 10-mile, USA Track and Field-sanctioned 10 for Texas race starts at 7:30 a.m. and wraps up with a Texas-sized party featuring live music and family fun at Market Street – The Woodlands. Children aged five to 12 years old can participate in the One 4 Texas Kids’ Fun Run at 7 a.m.

Registration for the One 4 Texas Kids’ Fun Run and the 10 for Texas race is still available, but openings are filling up fast. Race Day registration will not be available if the race sells out prior to race day. For the comfort and safety of all participants, both races are capped. Online registration is available at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/10fortexas. The registration fee of $70 for the 10-mile race includes a T-shirt, finisher medal and hat. The registration fee of $35 for the Kids’ Fun Run includes a T-shirt and finisher medal. All registrants receive a participant packet, post-race party food and beverages.
