THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (September 20, 2016) – The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department kicks off the fall season with the Rock the Row concert series, presented by Strike. With support from The Woodlands® Development Company, Rock the Row takes place Thursday evenings, beginning October 13, 2016, through November 3, 2016, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Restaurant Row on the scenic waterfront of Lake Woodlands in Hughes Landing. Each evening, artists will perform a variety of musical hits from an assigned decade. The entertainment lineup is as follows:

The Rock the Row concert series was the recipient of the Texas Recreation and Park Society’s 2016 East Region Lone Star Programming Award. This award recognizes an innovative first time recreation program, which demonstrates success based on goals, objectives, creativity and community participation.
Produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department and sponsored by The Woodlands® Development Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation®, this event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs. Select restaurants located on Restaurant Row will be holding happy hour and dining specials during the concert. Coolers and picnic baskets are permitted. Glass is prohibited.
