THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (May 10, 2018) – Volunteers are needed to fill vacant positions on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committees (RDRC) for the villages of Alden Bridge, Creekside Park and Sterling Ridge. Volunteers must own property and reside in their respective village in order to serve on the committee.
Resident property owners who are able to meet on the first Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. for Alden Bridge and 3:30 p.m. for the villages of Creekside Park and Sterling Ridge may call or stop by The Woodlands Township to obtain an application. Applications are also available online at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/covenants, in the Residential Design Review Committees section. Completed applications must be delivered in person to The Woodlands Township Town Hall at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard by 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2018.
The Residential Design Review Committees are the architectural control groups within the community. Committee members serve in a volunteer capacity and represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process that protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands. Each village committee meets once a month to review property owners’ applications for modifications or improvements to their properties.
