THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (August 24, 2018) – The Woodlands Township Board of Directors will host an Incorporation Planning Study Public Forum for all residents on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott, 1601 Lake Robbins Drive.

During the event, The Woodlands Township Incorporation Study consultants will provide a recap of studies to date such as the best practices analysis, law enforcement analysis, street condition analysis, a review of municipal utility district (MUD) operations and public feedback received to date. Along with the consultants’ presentation, residents are invited to bring their feedback and ideas to share during the public forum.

“The public forum is an opportunity for our residents to make their voices heard regarding incorporation matters and the future of The Woodlands,” said The Woodlands Township Chairman Gordy Bunch. “It is of vital importance to our community that our residents participate and share their thoughts with the Board. We encourage residents to attend the public forum, as well as the planning sessions that are held twice monthly at the Township Town Hall.”

In addition to the public forum, an Incorporation Planning Study website has been launched at www.thewoodlandsincorporationstudy.com. The website includes an overview of The Woodlands Township, FAQs about the study, past meeting videos and more. Residents can access current Incorporation Planning Study information and updates on the site.
