THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (October 11, 2023) – The Woodlands Township advises residents of construction work beginning on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at the southern side of The Woodlands Waterway between the turn basin and Six Pines Drive. Due to the relocation of a storm sewer and the installation of new pipes in that area, the adjacent sidewalk will be intermittently closed, beginning October 16, 2023, to allow for safe completion of the work. 

The work is being performed by Howard Hughes through a temporary access agreement with the Township. This is not a Township project. Construction is scheduled to conclude around Friday, October 20, 2023.
