Kyle grew up in Montgomery County.  He graduated from Conroe High School and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University. After graduation, he went to work for Lockheed Martin on a NASA contract and, a couple years later, attended South Texas College of Law in Houston where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. 

Kyle is currently practicing business and commercial litigation law with Winstead PC and is an equity shareholder in Winstead’s Business Litigation, Energy, and Financial Services Litigation Practice Groups. Kyle manages Winstead’s office in The Woodlands, which is located on the Waterway.  He attends The Woodlands Methodist Church and serves on numerous committees and boards for local charities and non-profit organizations. He and his wife Sarah have been married for 22 years and together they are raising three beautiful daughters (Erin 18, Brooke 16, and Kameron 14).
