The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select an Ice Rink Production Services company or other similar qualified company or individual to provide services to produce and manage, on the behalf of The Woodlands Township, the seasonal Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center (the Ice Rink).
